About the Author

Jyoti Chand, your cool mom friend, aka Mamajotes on socials, is a writer, funny mom, and advocate for self-care, self-love, and maternal mental health. With a background in stand-up comedy and improv, Jyoti guarantees laughs through her reels, posts, and stories. She shares the reality of motherhood and influences her audience to find the joy in their lives. She is currently managed by Haley Henning at YMU Social. Jyoti has a master of fine arts degree in writing for children and young adults from Hamline University and is working on her second book among a plethora of projects. Jyoti was born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles and now lives with her family in the suburbs of Chicago, but you can find her on socials as @mamajotes.
