About the Author
Furniture historians and dealers Richard and Eileen Dubrow of New York are the authors also of American Furniture of the 19th Century, 1840-1880 (1983) and of Furniture Made in America 1875-1905 (1982 & 1994). In this new book they have compiled personal research and broadened the scope of their earlier investigations to encompass the entire evolution of furniture designs through a full century.
