There are 16 phases which incorporate 6 hands exercises, 14 groove and independence exercises, along with 5 solos and some philosophy on drums and life. Once you have run through Phase 1, you may than move on to Phase 2. Explore the exercises as you will then go through Phase 3 with the different melodies, rhythms and accents.
