Members of the army have been exposed to a great deal of emotional stress and trauma. To help with their transition to life after tour of duty, they are encouraged to write for the monitoring of trauma intensity and to gauge the need for professional help. Keeping a journal will greatly help in improving immune responses to physical stimuli.
