William Milligan (1821 -1893) was a renowned Scottish theologian who studied at the University of Halle in Germany, before becoming a professor at the University of Aberdeen. He is best known for his commentary on the Revelation of St. John as well as his books The Resurrection of our Lord and The Ascension of our Lord.
