The book covers holidays like Christmas, Day of the Dead, and Holy Week, discussing the customs around these special times as well as the delicious foods that accompany them! Did you know that on New Year's, it's a tradition in some Latin American countries to eat 12 grapes at the stroke of midnight? Or that during Day of the Dead, funny verses are read in honor of loved ones who are no longer with us? Birthdays are also an exciting time, with piñatas, cake, and games.
