About the Author


Born in Caserta, near Naples, Italy, Michele moved to the UK when he was 19 years old. He started his business 8 years ago by driving around with his "Napoli on the Road" three-wheel Ape Piaggio truck complete with wood-fired oven. He is now the owner of two hugely popular pizza restaurants in London, UK.
