The Proceedings of the Oxford Symposium on Food have been awarded a Gourmand Award for excellence - 2020. The award is for excellence across the series, and congratulations are due to the editor, Mark McWilliams, and all the contributors. The Proceedings are published annually, and are a collection of papers from the previous years OxfordSymposium on Food. They are a mark of excellence in the food history world.
