About the Author


Jean-Pierre Delpech and Marc-André de Figueres are French artists and teachers. Delpech is a specialist in mouldmaking and Figueres is an artist who works with plastics and resin and teaches at the University of Paris VI.

The translation was done by Sasha Wardell, a British ceramicist who trained at Limoges in France and is known for her own slipcast work. She is also the author of the Ceramic Handbook Slipcasting.
