About the Author

Luis Gaud is an Atlanta-based drone photographer who originally found his passion for photography by capturing moments at concerts as a fan. Luis moved from Miami, Florida, to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2011 and quickly made it his home. When the 2020 pandemic occurred, social distancing made Luis change his style of photography to drone aerial photography and from there he began capturing the city of Atlanta skyline from above. Luis's love of photography developed into capturing unique and original photos of Atlanta which has developed from a small hobby to an almost full-time career. Luis's work has been used by the state of Georgia and the city of Atlanta tourism boards and his photographs have been used by local media and social media accounts for the city.
