Britta Teckentrup has written and illustrated more than one hundred and twenty children’s books, which have been published in more than twenty countries. Her books include A Big Hedgehog and Little Hedgehog Adventure series, and The Swing, which was one of The Times' best children’s books of 2023. Born in Hamburg, Germany, she currently lives with her family in Berlin.
