1.1 Conceptual Model

The researcher has hypothesized or conceptualized the following easy and

simple model that rests on the assumption that acceptance, patronage and

implementation or application of HRD practices improves the productivity of an

organization. As the saying goes "a happy worker is a better worker"; the better&

improved climate improves the performance and productivity of employees that

enhances organizational development and growth.
